Stock & Shipping Information
If the item or items that you require are in stock and you place your order before 12pm we will USUALLY despatch your order within 24 hours.
When you place your order you will receive an email that says NEW ORDER (Deferred). This simply means that we have received your order and it is being processed.
Just before your order is despatched, you will receive another email that says DEFERRED ORDER RELEASED. It is at this point that your credit card is charged.
We TRY to keep everything that we sell in stock. However, if for some reason one item has proved particularly popular, there are problems obtaining stock from the supplier or the item in question is of a high value, we might not be able to ship your order immediately. If your order is urgent, please call us on 01355 229204 to check availability.
