Please call us before returning any purchase so that we can issue a Returns Number.   Please ensure that the item is safely packaged and, for your security, we recommend that you only despatch returns using a traceable service such as the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service.

Seven Day Cooling Off Period

You are entitled to a seven day cooling-off period after receipt of your purchase.   If within this period, you wish to return your purchase to us, unopened, un-registered and unused, for any reason, we will be happy to refund your payment in full.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your purchase is found to be faulty or damaged, we will be happy to refund your payment in full if you return the product to us within 14 days of delivery.
