QuickBooks Sunset Policy Dates

Please take note of these "Sunset Policy" dates.   We STRONGLY recommend that you make sure that you plan to purchase the latest version of QuickBooks before the one that you are using stops being supported.

On 5 April, 2006, Intuit ceased support of QuickBooks 2003 Payroll.   Intuit no longer sells QuickBooks Payroll to customers on QuickBooks 2003.

On 30 April, 2006, Intuit ceased support of QuickBooks 2002 and discontinued product support and other services for that version.

Effective 30 April, 2006, Intuit will sunset QuickBooks 2003 and discontinue product support and other services for that version.

Effective 5 April, 2007, Intuit will sunset QuickBooks 2004 Payroll. The End of Year tax tables will be sent out for the 2006/2007 tax year-end.

Effective 30 April, 2007, Intuit will sunset QuickBooks 2004 and discontinue product support and other services for that version.

Effective 5 April, 2008, Intuit will sunset QuickBooks 2006 Payroll. The End of Year tax tables will be sent out for the 2007/2008 tax year-end.

Effective 30 April, 2008, Intuit will sunset QuickBooks 2006 and discontinue product support and other services for that version.
